My name is Travis, fishing and hunting has been my passion for most of my life. As my passion for fishing grew I realized the quality of store bought products had continued to decrease. This influenced me to make more of my own, resulting in friends and family wanting lures made as well. Many wonder about the name of the company and why its called Karls Kustom Lures..... One of my favorite movies has always been sling blade, this ultimately made my nickname Karl among friends and coworkers. If you have seen the movie Karl started to "tinker with lawn mowers" I guess you can say I started to do the same with fishing lures.
Karls Kustom Lures are all hand tied with wire tie and are built with quality components. The Lord has allowed me to create lures to help others enjoy their passion in fishing as well.
